Parent Consultations
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Autism Assessments
The total fee for a comprehensive autism assessment is €2,300.
A €300 booking deposit is required to secure your assessment appointments. The deposit forms part of the total assessment fee and is not an additional charge.
The remaining €2,000 is paid in stages throughout the assessment process. You will receive a clear breakdown of the payment schedule before your assessment begins.
Full payment is required before the assessment is completed and the final report is issued.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments at Cuas Psychology Service are reserved specifically for you and your child. We understand that plans can change and ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
For parent consultations, we require at least 48 hours' notice. For autism assessment appointments, we require at least 72 hours' notice.
Appointments that are missed, cancelled or rescheduled without the required notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the relevant appointment fee.
If you decide to withdraw from an autism assessment after the assessment process has begun, fees will remain payable for appointments attended and clinical work already completed.
Health Insurance
Some health insurance policies may provide cover for psychology services. As policies vary, we recommend checking directly with your health insurance provider to confirm what is covered under your individual plan.
We provide receipts for payments where required for health insurance claims.
